On the recent passing of our beloved mum, Armstrong’s were amazing. We would highly recommend them to everyone. Such compassion, and care at what is an incredibly sad time. Oliver and the team where there to listen , advice and guide us all through from beginning to end. There attention to detail was superb.
My brother and I helped to carry our mum into the chapel and they were there every step of the way reassuring us. Something I never I envisaged doing but with Oliver’s reassurance I managed to do it .
They were all just simply amazing at making one of the saddest times of our life in to an experience of pure dedication, respect , care and trust . We trusted them with one of the most precious members of our family and I’d certainly use them again without any hesitation.
A huge thank you to Oliver and the entire team for looking after us , the bears ! and mum .

Can't thank Armstrong's enough.
We did not know where to start when Mum died and their help was invaluable.
Fiona was calm and patient and talked us through everything we needed to do and took control of all the aspects that they could do and carried them out flawlessly.
With a big family to co-ordinate for dates and arrangements needed for two churches as well as the burial it was not straightforward to arrange. However, their good relations with local clergy and extensive local knowledge, meant that all was arranged and carried out smoothly with no stress for ourselves.
On the day, Nick was calm and very supportive and it really helped to know that it was all in his hands. We felt totally confident that it would be handled smoothly, and it was.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

After having used Armstrongs funeral directors for my father‘s funeral three years ago we were very impressed.
Sadly, my husband passed away last month and I decided to use them again.

After the phone call to Armstrongs to inform them of my loss, I had 2 very lovely Gentleman come to collect my husband from our home.
They were absolutely lovely, very caring and respectful to my late husband and me.

Once I arranged an appointment to sort the funeral arrangements I had a lovely gentleman named Lewis. He was fantastic very patient, informative, friendly and it was a relief to have the help from Lewis.

The whole experience with Armstrongs was very very positive and nothing was to much trouble.

Thank you for helping make my husbands funeral perfect, just as he would have wanted.
I feel very grateful that he would have been proud of his last day.

Armstrongs give bereaved families a very fitting and meaningful final tribute to their loved ones. The care from both Lewis the Funeral Director and John the Celebant who led the service for our recently departed Mum was exceptional. Throughout the whole process we were carefully looked after and no request was too much trouble. The service was perfect, Mum’s Casket Spray was absolutely beautiful and all arrangements left a lasting impression with those who attended both in person and using the online link.
