We used Ark residential for the recent letting of our house in the Hastings area (May 2025). They are efficient, professional and thorough. Kate, Katie and Holly have been so very helpful and clearly know their business. They handled every detail of the process and alerted us to our responsibilities which was fantastic, as we are not now living in the area. They are managing the property for us and I am very assured it is in safe hands. I would highly recommend this great team.

Ark residential maybe good for people to look after their rentals but they are no fair to the tenants, we felt so pressured the whole time at one of their properties, so many problems kept happening and we were never left alone. Booking decorators to come in without telling us and saying they will be let in anyway. Then at the end of the tenancy not even telling us when they’re coming into the property without our permission, then judging us because our place was abit of a mess because we’re moving … seriously so unprofessional and very disrespectful.

As a first-time landlord, I met Kate Morgan who made me feel comfortable dealing with Ark Residential, Kate’s staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

I dealt with Holly Frost who patiently guided me through letting my property and helped to set my mind at ease with the different steps in the process and to receive very quick responses to my many questions.

Holly ensured everything ran smoothly, and I was kept informed of progress. I was impressed with the efficiency of the service and the friendliness of the team. They made me feel I could leave them to get on with things without having to chase, and the entire process was executed seamlessly.
