I contacted ARK CMCS, alongside a plethora of other legal teams, to see who could provide me with advice, to set aside a CCJ.

Within our first conversation, ARK CMCS listened to my query and outlined a clear strategy and plan. Other legal teams wanted me to pay first, before they could even tell me IF they could resolve my issue. I quickly established that the team has a proficient background of longevity in dealing with similar financial cases; parking fines, etc. The aim is to resolve your issue without having to appear in court. Excellent team, thank you Nwaz I cannot speak highly of this firm, I had a CCJ that I never knew about came across ARK CMCS via a forum and got chatting with them.
