From the person answering the phone the moment I called Aristone to the support I received from Patrick, Jenny, James and the whole team at Aristone has been nothing but amazing. I was involved with a very difficult contentious probate issue. Patrick advised me on what steps to take and guided and supported me through the difficult parts. This company was recommended, however, they were absolutely not interested in my enquiry because it was of very little financial gain to the company (I have since found out from another firm that it would only cost £5 - which I was unaware of at the time of calling). I was advised very quickly into the conversation that I should contact someone else as they cannot help me. When I questioned this further, she advised me ‘if you don’t like how I have spoken to you, I really do suggest you go elsewhere’.

Then, when asking who I was speaking with, I was advised that the lady was in fact one of the directors!
