I contacted this firm by telephone and e-mail four times regarding them doing some work for me. They ignored me on each occasion. When I spoke to one solicitor, he told me to send an e-mail which then got ignored. I cannot understand why they would not have the courtesy to say they were either too busy or did not want to do it.
