I used APS to write my Will. The process was straight forward. Nicolae visited me at my home and was very helpful, answering all my questions. My Will was produced in the timescales outlined. We previously used the services of Nicolae of APS Legal & Associates to put in place a Lasting Power of Attorney (for both Health & Welfare and Property & Financial affairs) and Will for my Father-in-Law. My Father-in-Law was based in a care home (at the time), which may have made things more difficult, but Nicolae was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. He made a number of trips to come and see my Father-in-Law, and to really get to know him, which made him feel at ease and comfortable with what was being discussed. Every aspect of the process was explained and discussed in detail, and Nicolae was happy to spend as much time as was needed in order to get everything just right and give us the peace of mind we needed.
