I had a very disappointing experience with apostille and legalisation. I had sent a copy of the death certificate and asked for it to be returned by informing the company 30 minutes after I made the payment to them by email. They didn't respond and had to contacted the company to stop the process by phone as well but they did not take the necessary action. When I contacted the Legalisation Office (government body) that installs the apostles, they informed me that the company has direct access and can communicate at any time, but no one has requested a suspension of the procedure.

In addition, the apostle was not sent on time and arrived with significant delay of two weeks, not as advertised in five working days. On top of that, the apostille document came in a low quality thin envelope and was almost destroyed and crumpled.

It became clear that their main focus was money. My association with Zack Walker was particularly unpleasant; he was unhelpful and extremely rude, refusing to engage in any conversation when I sought assistance.

Overall, my experience was marred by poor communication, lies, unhelpful service, poor postage, and only a focus on profit over customer care.

I've used this company twice and would certainly use again, so have no hesitation in recommending them. The second time I was under time pressure to have a document legalised as part of a submission for a Spanish visa, I dealt with Zak who kept me up to speed on what was happening and made sure I received the document on time. A thoroughly good service.

Do not use its a scam. Two page document taking over 3 weeks to translate, communicating is awful, they lie to you every time you call, don’t answer emails. A total fraud !!! Not worth a star

I needed two notarised translations Apostilled QUICKLY and after a lot of searching and quotes came across Apostille & Legalisation Services Ltd. I checked and they are listed on the government website but was a bit concerned about the mixed reviews... But being the cheapest around (some companies quoted more than double for the same service) I decided to go ahead. As another reviewer has mentioned the process is simple and you will get your documents back Apostilled within 5 working days (that is to say one week in total) but there is a period of no communication between payment and receiving the document back in the post. If there had bit a little message or notification at some point with confirmation of payment or progress of the process I would most definitely have given 5 stars. That said, I would highly recommend 🙂
