Another excellent service from Jon at Pat Safety UK.
The company are proactive in reminding me annually that my testing is due for renewal, with very competitive pricing. Joanne is so accommodating and professional when booking appointments and paying invoices. Jon is always cheerful and happy to work around me, turning up on time and providing an excellent service. Would highly recommend.

PAT Safety's customer services was excellent. From receiving a competitive quote for the work to arranging the appointment was fast and efficient.

John, the engineer who attended, was polite and thoroughly professional.
What is more he carried all the spares so everything could be completed on the same day.

Have used the company for a few years now. They were proactive in sending me a friendly reminder and appointment options when the certificates were a month away from running out, and even though I dropped the ball on rescheduling, when I called with an emergency need for PAT testing they were able to offer me a number of short notice visit slots, along with the option of same day certification.
