I find it so hard to understand why I am seeing negative comments, we have to remember we aren't the only people they are dealing with, In my case, I have found the staff in Anthony gold pleasant, and if someone isn't available you can leave message.

So far, I have had Debra Willson deal with my disrepair cases, but the case got lengthy the dynamics changed, and know have Eleanor Solomon who deals with the Equality Act, despair case, she's amazing caring, patient, and available to talk when your feeling in doubt of the situation.

So far, it has been hard few years, however they haven't given up, and continue to do what's best for my case, I don't know what I would do if I didn't have there support.

I'm yet to look forward to the out come and justice that I deserve.
