Absolutely pleasure to deal with!
Booked a SUD FORS course for a group of drivers, ACT was responsive, reasonably priced, instructor Ian is a legend. Most importantly I had the certificates within 24hrs! What more could I ask for, definitely will use again.

I Booked courses in August 2021.

I requested invoices as it is a company requirement.

They promised after to send when their are back from holiday
They did not keep to their promise of sending the invoice so I called them on the 2 November to which I was told that they would contact the person dealing with the invoice and would have it sent over immediately and again they failed to do so. On the 8 November I tried again by call them to follow up as to why I had not received what I requested to which they said I would hear from them by the end of the day, which again did not happen.

I do not know why obtaining this requested invoice has been so difficult

Its now 2022 and still no invoices and it took 8 weeks to get certificates

So do use if you require an invoice and don't use if you require the certificates straight away.

The always have an excuse.
