I didn’t sign up with this company but they took my details from a different company who had closed my case without consent. They then went on to constantly email me and text me despite my requests to be removed repeatedly for 3 months. I only got somewhere when I contacted ICO. Larissa at Angelus Law, head of legal operations, assured me that she had sat with IT and they had removed my details. I was still hounded. She then advised me that Michael, their Head of IT heard back from Fastdox who confirmed that they had deleted my details from the main page but there was another section that they needed to remove me from that they weren’t aware of. Very worrying that head of IT doesn’t know their system. Don’t waste your time on this company unless you want emails and texts at all hours of the day and night.

Absolutely fantastic company! We had Ian McDonald-Lowry he was absolutely brilliant all the way threw our claim and he always kept us updated every week and was always fast at getting back to any emails I've sent! If I could give more stars I would my legal representative Albie was amazing and managed to get the repairs done that I had been asking for, for a while but kept refusing. I'm really happy with the outcome thank you, Angelus law.

Had a claim ongoing, called them over the last 3 months but they never came back to me even though I was promised returned calls with an update. Using another company now which is not ideal giving how long this has been going on for. Certainly wouldn’t advise using Angelus Law!
