I recently engaged Angels for the 2nd time within 12 months.

I think that says a lot about the quality and reliability Sarah Humphrey and her team provide to their customer!

In my opinion, they are highly professional, kept me updated in writing along the way, were happy to explain anything I didn't understand and acted with urgency when the situation required it.

On average they responded to my emails within two hours during the working day!!

Conveyancing on both properties was completed within 3 months with less stress than I've experienced in previous house moves.

I tried to hire this company to help me purchase a house but we had a problem with identifying my self as I live in the Netherlands and thier solution was for me to go to another solicitor over here and get them to identify me but that would have cost me €135.00 my idea was to do a video call but they totally disregarded my suggestion and insisted on her own.

Unprofessional, poor quality conveyancing service which almost resulted in the collapse of a chain.

Update Aug 2016 - I'm very sorry but this no case of mistaken identity as suggested by a later review. There are also two other firms who represented the other people in the chain who would agree with my comments. Obviously this is now 3yrs ago and perhaps things have improved but I personally wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone else.
