I have a lovely team of carers who look after me. I have terminal cancer & still being relatively young (60) they understand my need for interaction & conversation. I need to mention Charlene in particular - nothing is too much trouble, she organises my meds & reminds me of important appointments etc. she always chats & we can have a laugh together. The admin team are also very good. I was initially a little worried that all the carers are African in case the cultures clashed but I needn’t have worried, I like to ask them about their country & the different foods etc. it’s all very interesting & we are never too old to learn! All in all, I can’t fault Angel Care in any way.

My Mum is lucky enough to be cared for by the lovely staff at Angel Care, Witney.
I live in Scotland so don't visit as much as I'd like but when I do my Mum is always happy and laughing and that speaks volumes. She's very well cared for by kind, considerate ,friendly people.
Any issues are sorted out immediately. I'm so very grateful to you all x

If there were no stars available that is what I would award. No way should they have a NHS contract. Waking carer was asleep also cooking Nigerian food in the microwave at 3 in the morning. My husband fell and he didn't know how to get the emergency service. Promised carer one night didn't turn up. One morning one parked on our drive then drove away without even knocking the door . My central heating and 4 bars of the gas fire were on continuously overnight for 6 nights. Be very careful of this filrm I will be reporting them to the CQC

Although the carers were wonderful. The administration team were next to useless. Claiming an hour for lunchtime and tea time when only half hour was actually administered. Sent untrained carers to use hoists. Some carers trained to short cut care - trying to wash backs with clothes still on. Not trained to fit convenes.
This care group should not be allowed to be licensed. Just interested in the money they are getting. Using people they are importing into the country from South Africa. The carers truly care. Such a shame the admin are just after the money!!! - I would question why there were no uk born carers employed by this company? Is this not a case for discrimination or are they just using cheap labour

Wonderful caring people! Very patient with my husband! we have lived in Oxfordshire for 2 years. Previously lived in London and used carers there, but Peter loves the carers he has here. It is a joy to have them in our home. Really appreciate their help, kindness ,sense of humour and the relationship they have built with Peter

I am with Angel Care since May last year. The carers are wonderful, no complaints and absolutely fabulous. After a year with a previous agency, I should say its a breath of fresh air. Nothing is too difficult for the carers and anything I ask is being easily done.
