I have dealt with Claire for all of my mortgage transactions and have recommended her to everyone I know as she is so helpful and knowledgeable, way above the level of a normal mortgage advisor due to her conveyancing qualifications and property developmentexperience. Anything which is remotely complicated or outside the box which most run of the mill mortgage advisors would turn down or decline, Claire will be able to deal with and will find a solution.
I've had friends declined elsewhere or told they need to pay a lot of money to resolve something before a mortgage will be possible, and Claire takes a look and finds a more cost effective and efficient solution for them! She is brilliant and I couldn't recommend her highly enough!
