I had no letters or correspondence from the company until a final demand letter was posted through my door. Emailed the company 3 times, no reply. I had already paid off £200. Called them to sort out the account only to be told I’d have to pay £79p/w until the debt is paid off, the debt was £415. The woman on the phone was rude with no empathy to personal circumstances, only stated “comments will be noted but enforcement will still continue”. Company weren’t willing to cooperate to come to an agreement, then tried to say the line wasn’t very good/couldn’t hear me but was answering my questions. This company aren’t as ethical as they claim to be!

Called on Friday to discuss a payment where I’m willing to pay 50% of a debt shared between myself and my ex partner. Was advised on the Friday that if I pay my 50% then I’d be taken off the account. Called in to make a payment today and Rhiannon on the phone just told me that I wouldn’t be taken off the account and the conversation I had on Friday wouldn’t have happened. Asked why the information has changed in the space of a weekend and she informed me no one would’ve informed me I’d be taken off the account. Advised her to listen to the recording of the phone call they have of the conversation because if they’ve given me the wrong information just to get a payment then that is a concern, she advised she won’t be doing that and to seek legal advice and hung up on me. Called back straightaway and got through to Rhiannon again and had another back and forth about misleading information and eventually I said I wanted to make a complaint, Rhiannon informed me I couldn’t make a complaint, get legal advice and hung up again - just incredibly rude

Outstanding enforcement agency. Really try their best to intimidate you via letters of fine and removal of goods. Even sending more once responded to them, praying on fear. The woman on the phone who deals with the enquires is absolutely horrendous and has 0 human skills. Perhaps the team would benefit from humanity training in how to deal with people in quite an unsettling period.

Really glad I managed to defeat Andrew James Enforcement. This is a victory I will celebrate.

But really a huge thanks for driving down to the house on a few occasions (fuel money you won’t get back) and for all the letters you manage to send, this will help keep me warm during the winter as I burn them in my log burner.

Ethical and efficient (on their website) only a company that isn't ethical would write that🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 Parasites that pray on those who have been fined. Convenient that a parking fine I had from the DVLA was sent to my previous address but as soon as these scum bags take on the debt I was unaware of, some how they find my current address. Extremely rude on the phone and unwilling to help at all.

Un ethical and illegal practices , agreed payment plan verbally and taken two of five payments on a Seriously over inflated parking fine then arrive at the door with an illegal warrant of control denying such agreement had been put into place . when helpline is called a continued denial of payment plan but accepted that had taken payment towards the debt and admitted only some calls are recorded , conveniently not that particular call.
Reported to enforcement complaints board and suggest other victims of their itimidating , illegal and un ethical practices do like wise.

This company is nothing but a disgrace. The people on the phone they’re attitude stinks more than they’re breath in the morning. They’re un helpful when all you’re trying to do is set up a payment plan. There’d one particular female that makes your situation feel personal to her like I won’t attend their shop in manselton and deal with it the way she must want me to. They make your blood boil then have a cheek to tell you good day and cut you off. All I’m trying to do is pay them lmao. Waste is skin the lot of them

Absolute disgraceful company. The women in the office attitude Is absolutely vile and you literally can't reason with them whatsoever how on earth can I keep up with a payment plan if I lost my job and don't have the same income coming In as I did when I first set up the payment plan clowns
