Whilst acquiring a new lease on a commercial property we came across a hurdle 2 days before completion. We had appointed what we thought was a local firm of solicitors to undertake the legal work only to find that they were now only local in name as they had been taken over and the local offices closed down. As they were no longer local they could not witness the papers required so we were left needing to find a solicitor willing to undertake this for us at short notice. We lost count of the number we contacted until Andrew answered our call, not only did he oblige he was very understanding of our plight and invited us to visit him within the hour. We cannot thank him enough and we will certainly be using his services again - From the begining.

I used this firm almost 5 years ago and I can’t praise them enough. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

They were highly professional. I could ask them anything and they would answer it straightaway or find out for me. They dealt with everything when I was buying my flat, even the smallest things like did I want the blinds. They kept me updated at every stage. Brilliant!

Due to the pandemic, I chose a conveyancing firm, within walking distance from my home. This was so that I could easily drop off signed papers if I needed to. Huge mistake. I should have gone with Andrew Jacobs even though they are around 15-20mins drive away. Next time, I will definitely go with this firm.

Certainly wouldn't recommend. Talked down to me, stated he didn't want to help me at all because of the way I came across. Clearly doesn't have children to understand the difficulties this entails when trying to sort out important matters.
