Andrew & Andrew were recommended by the guild when we decided to move house and it was a very stressful time.
The original house we wanted to buy fell apart after 4 months of back and forth (on the sellers side) and with a buyer ready to exchange on our sale it was tense, we managed to find another property and Emily, Thomas, Ethan and Grace managed to get it turned around in 7 weeks!!

We cannot thank them all enough for all of the hard work they have put in, taking time to take our calls, answer our emails and explain the legal jargon and keeping us updated every step of the way right up until we collected the keys.
Their hard work was above and beyond what we expected and they are all a credit to the company.

The rates charged were reasonable especially given how much work they put in.

We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy / sell a house, we will definitely use them again (if we ever decide to move again)

Thanks to them we can enjoy our new house in time for Christmas.
