My elderly Mother in law left a tap running with the plug in an upstairs sink which caused significant damage to the ceiling below and carpets.
Almerico were appointed by the insurance company to put things right.
They were at the house within 48 hours , made it safe so she could return home until the work was done. They were really sympathetic to the fact things needs to be turned around quickly as my Mother in law needed to move out while the work was being done.
I cannot thank or recommend the whole team enough: Andy Norris, Zuzanna Sistowari, and the trades (didn't get all their names). Thankyou!!!

Disappointed with Almericos work standard and fitted product on insurance. They refused to complete flooring because of a slight slope and have replaced work surface x3 because it blew at the joint. Within 3 months of the last work surface fitting, they refused to replace the work surface on guarantee, blaming a leaking drainpipe outside when it hadn't rained for weeks on the dampness. Any other fault pointed out was everybody else's fault but their own. Wouldn't have them in my house again.

Since writing this review Almerico have responded, saying that the work wasnt under guarantee. Previous they had stated that it was a favour that they replaced the worktops, cupboard doors that blew after just three months of fitting, Almerico have been consulted, photos sent, but won't honour the guarantee regardless even if they were contacted, Almerico simply refuse to acknowledge poor service.

When our toilet leaked down into the kitchen our insurance company assigned almerico to make good all the work I e tiling,new flooring and decorating everything they completed was quick and efficient and top quality. They talked us through our choices expertly. Richard and Laura in the office were brilliant and our new kitchen is looking good even the asbestos removal people were top class. Failed to honour warranty. Within 4 months of replacing floor and tiles in utility room 2 tiles cracked. For the last 9 months I have been trying to get them to fix it without success. They tried to get me to make a new insurance claim with was rejected.

Almerico where appointed by my insurance company after we had a water escape from our bathroom that caused substantial damage to our kitchen. From start to finish they have been absolutely amazing all the workers where very friendly and professional and all the workmanship excellent.Thanks so much to all the team.

Almerico were appointed by our insurance company after a water leak caused damage we had to have the whole tiled floor replaced and sink unit base wehave found them very professional, organised and have done a great job many thanks to Laura,the joiner,electrician,decorator and especially the tiler all have done fantastic we are well pleased

Appalling. The workman wouldn't do the work because of a sofa not being moved. Despite advising is this would be ok the night before.
Also the workment weren't Covid-19 compliant in front of a vulnerable person.

I found Almerico to be incredibly reliable and to constantly carry out extremely high quality work. Their service is fast and also very friendly, they take great safety precautions and I wouldn’t recommend any other company.
