Absolute joke of a company. I paid for six hours and left after 5 hours 55 minutes. I have bank transfer evidence that I paid for the correct time. Got a ticket. Conveniently the appeal will be heard within 28 days which triggers a larger fine if unsuccessful. You are then left with a decision as to appeal and risk the £170 fine or pay £60 immediately as that is the cheapest fine. I have no faith that my appeal would be fairly heard. Avoid any car park operated by this company.

Supposedly has clear and prominent signage that the car park is ANPR controlled, even if you buy a pay and display ticket. Not worth spending your money in the shop to be stung by the underhand car park. Alliance Parking, and the owners who enable them, seem to revel in this lucrative arrangement.

I parked at Trevone Beach car park. I paid for 4 hours and stayed for 3.5 hours and received a charge. I appealed the charge as it was issued incorrectly. However I was informed it would take at least 2 weeks before I hear back. Which meant the charge would go from £60 to £100. It’s clearly structured so you pay a larger fine waiting for the appeal. Even though I paid for correct parking, I was told my appeal had been denied. What is the point of paying the correct parking and you still get a charge.

Whoever runs this company must be the greediest, lowest type of person. No morals at all, just a pure desire to make money at all costs and cause misery to all they deal with. We bought a ticket when we found a space but it took 10 minutes to wait for one to come available so they fined me for not having paid for a ticket while I was waiting! I truly believe they have ruined more people's trips than any other company I have ever come across and do not good at all.
I can only hope their mother, father, daughter or son has the same treatment happen to them when they go away.

@allianceparking How much is the back-hander you give the council to allow you to operate? Never come across such an unethical business in my life. Never have I heard of paying from the time you enter the car park. It's always been from when you purchase the ticket! Charging huge fines for the few minutes to find a space, walk to a pay machine and queue for the machine is disgusting.

Alliance Parking run the Sea View Car Park in Polzeath but don’t own it – they just manage it. The land belongs to Ann’s Cottage, who could cancel tickets but let Alliance hand out PCNs like confetti because they profit.

If you get caught here, go straight to Ann’s Cottage – Alliance won’t listen.

1 in order to leave this review. I have received a letter today from Trace Debt Recovery regarding a non-payment of a parking charge from 8th October 2021!
This is the first time I have heard of the alleged incident which apparently took place over 3.5 years ago am and deeply upset about it. I have received no previous communication whatsoever from Alliance Parking in respect of the alleged incident, including no photographic evidence that it actually took place. I suffer with anxiety and am on prescribed medication and this letter from Tracey Debt Recovery has upset me profoundly and sent my anxiety into overdrive. I have tried to contact Alliance Parking by phone and no luck and there is no email address for them so that I can write to them to ask for copies of all previous correspondence that am supposed to have received. I also spoke to a person from Trace Debt Tevovery
Asking them for copies and they were down right ride, saying they couldn’t discus it wit me but had to pay asap or they would start court proceedings.

Parked in Padstow 4 years ago and I can only assume my ticket had ran over its time by a matter of minutes, and only now had a debt collecting company contact me for an overdue fine. No correspondance from Alliance parking to suggest I owed them money before this point otherwise I would have paid the original fine.
Absolutely disgusted with this level of unprofessionalism.
Avoid these carparks at all cost.
