Took my Focus in for a while-you-wait service as part of my service plan. Reception (Kerry) were friendly and helpful, once the work is done they send you a video by the engineer giving a condition report on things like exhaust, tyres, brakes, and suspension. The price is not cheap, but reasonable, and include 12 months breakdown cover. Would highly recommend!

I had a letter from ford regarding the fuel line and they asked me to bring. I explained that I had to be somewhere after so they postponed it till Monday. Wasted to journey.

Amazing Staff, been using for 8yrs for my own cars, always been a brilliant service and staff are very friendly. People complaining about prices, Dealers are always going to be more than after market, however your paying for full manufacturer authentic parts. Its like buying genuine prada over copies.

We recently used for diagnostics on my sons car, They have gone above and beyond to help us during a very stressful difficult situation. They will always have our custom. 💯

Staff don’t listen to the customers and are only there to rinse you off money where my partner went in for advice, he knows a bit about cars and IT and told them there was an issue with the the system to then be told it’s a mechanical issue with the engine and almost be charged £75 for diagnostics where all the car needed is a system update. Really sad that you can’t even trust a mechanic for advice. Might have to travel further to check out a different Ford service centre because we are definitely not going to trust scammers like these 😒

The customer service here is completely and utterly attrocious. I lost my locking wheel nut key so I visited yesterday and first went to the service part and they told me to go to the parts area which was round the side so I went to the parts dept and the person who was there was lazy who did not help me at all. Wasn't bothered to order me a new Key for the car just gave me a website which there's loads with the name, which he should've ordered me a new one which says on the Card ON THE CARD. The only way this would of happened was because I wouldn't have my card with me which I had it in my hand he seen it and was pure lazy and lack of communications & lack of Customer Service. I'm not happy at all and will never come back here! Staff must be sorted to do there job properly! Avoid Avoid AVOID
