Ambulance chasers that don’t chase the ambulance’s- I used Allegiant to make a claim against amigo in 2019 a year later they said they were unsuccessful and closing my file. I thought nothing of this till amigo contacted me a year later asking if I would like to deal with them directly for compensation. Fast forward to June this year my case was successful and I was paid compensation, shortly after this allegiant emailed requesting payment for working on my behalf! When querying this with allegiant they were vague at best describing the work they had done on my behalf. To cut a long story short they hadn’t done any work apart from cutting and pasting responses amigo was posting on an open forum, when I complained about their so called efforts I was met with further evidence that nothing was personal to myself. And they simple had a list of names who had made an initial enquiry! I initially refused to make payment and took it to the financial ombudsman who basically said as i signed a legal document stating I would allow them to work on my behalf I would be liable for the fees. However I should take the case further as I have clear evidence they have done very little or near nothing on my behalf. Fingers crossed my case will be upheld and the fee returned, however moral of the story don’t use this lazy cowboy legal firm!

Pathetic behaviour from this outfit. Chasing me with threats of court action and CCJ’s etc for a financial claim I’ve never even received. Emailed them, called them on many occasions and they continue to harass and chase and threaten legal action. They are claiming amigo paid me a claim settlement which never arrived into my account as the portal wouldn’t accept my new band details. These are scammers and should not be trusted. I’ve filed a complaint with the financial ombudsman. I’ve had to pay their fees to avoid any form of ccj etc and I’ll follow up the matter via the correct legal channels. Scum.

Very poor service. Had to put in more than 1 complaint with them for misinformation or miscommunication. Avoid at all costs. Dont listen to the positive reviews. Wouldn’t surprise me if they were allegiant employees themselves

Claim to be a really good Co. With a high success rate, with clearly fake testimonials inundated with emails - Go online fill the endless paperwork only to be told out of all creditors they list they could only pursue one? Then inundate you with further emails only for your claim to go to the Fos and declined and then they send you an email to say they’re closing the case within a week! New it was too good to be true absolute waste of time they are No better than these PPI claims would highly recommend not to waste your time absolute jokers!

I warned you and I'll make sure the whole world knows about you guys.. scammers. After I sent you countless emails regarding my reimbursement and your refusal to respond and pay me, I'll go every length to get my money. Nobody should use these guys. HMRC will also here about you dodgy people...

You guys think you're smart by responding here to make it look like all is sorted just cos I made my concerns public. You email me with the receipt of the money you guys took out of what HMRC sent you but jo sign of my money in my account.. it's been 4 days and counting... I'll continue to fight until you scammers get caught and delt with accordingly if you don't pay my money today. You took my account details 3 months ago.. transfer my money into my account. Simple

Cannot fault this company one bit! Yes the process is slightly slow, there is a bit of paperwork to fill out but I am so glad I chose to start this process of complaining about Shop Direct early last year. I have had a huge weight lifted from my shoulders and I am so happy I will no longer be worrying every day! Allegiant did not take any percentage off as I didn’t win a physical cash award. Thank you Allegiant for this very simple process!

Can I just say that if your going to pick any company to sort out your claim choose Allegiant. I was 16 when I get scammed out of a huge sum of money and after trying many other companies Allegiant was the only one that agreed to file my complaint to the bank and this morning I recieved an email to say I had won my case and would receive the money I had lost. Allegiant didn’t ask any unessescary questions and they we’re extremely understanding. There team is also very helpful for when making phone calls and they have very good security in place to keep your claim private. I genuinely couldn’t thank this company enough. Especially after being told by other finance services that they couldn’t do anything to help me. Well Allegiant showed me it was possible.

From my own personal experience, allegiant did not ask any extra questions or harass me with unnecessary emails or calls. They
Notified me once the claim was resolved and
Promptly supplied the money into my
Bank account.

They worked very professionally and promptly, providing case update reports when needed.

I genuinely never thought that I would receive my scam money back as the bank declined my fraud claim and no other agencies were doing anything to support the investigation.
Therefore when I finally found Allegiant, they did everything to move the claim as fast as they could and come to a favourable outcome of returning the once lost funds to me!
