Lora and the team have been AMAZING with my case with social services. Very quick at replying to emails and writing letters on my behalf. When speaking with her you really get the sense that she cares and doesn't just see it as a job and makes you feel like a priority. Very thorough in what she does, too. And has been 2nd TO NONE at being patient with me, helping me navigate everything with my learning difficulties making all accommodations for me and explaining things in a clear and simple way for me to understand. The most stressful situation of my life has been made 10x easier knowing I have these guys in my corner. 10/10 would recommend.

Hi, although the firm couldn’t help with my matter the receptionist, Lauren I believe, went above and beyond today for me and was a million times better than anyone I’ve spoken to, and I’ve called around 70 law firms and my latter is very specific.

Due to covid-19 office was closed. Went on their website which told you to call and someone would get back to you... There was an answer machine message telling you to go back to the website and obtain email addresses for the solicitors and email them directly with the promise that they will get back to you.

Out of three I contacted. One got back to me. Asked me to send some info via email, which I did, and never heard back from them again... And never heard a thing from the other two..

Did help me a little with a family law advice. And with notaries. Notaries public play an important legal role in Scottish life where the legal validity of a document requires the swearing of an oath. Price was ok.
