Appalling customer service. As existing clients we have recently been treated as if we had just walked in off the street without any previous relationship and met with inflexible and dismissive service. Really concerned about the quality of their work, blanket policies and decision making of the senior partners.

have been waiting for a shop contract for 5 years, and every time I called, they said it would be finished in two weeks. Finally, they said after 5 years, because there was no heard from you, we closed the cases and you have to pay 25 pounds to open it again.

Don't normally like to post negative feedback but the service was that appalling I think people should know how awful this firm is. If I didn't chase things I would be still waiting now for completion. Really annoying how they think they can take your money and do nothing for it!! Would never use them again
