We have been going to Alex for nearly 15 years. Alex is so polite, kind, helpful and will always go above and beyond for her clients to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Alex always delivers amazing results and gets your hair looking exactly what you wanted. I highly recommend that if you haven’t been to Alex &Co. you need to. 5* service as always from 4 very happy customers! 🥰❤️

Alex is a wonderful hairdresser! Everyone I go there I always come away feeling happy with my hair and that it is done exactly how I asked for (which is sometimes a difficult thing for hairdressers to achieve). Extremely rude owner (Alex) . Have had my hair cut there a few times by Aleisha , she is very pleasant and eager to please . Last time I visited for a cut, Alex completely ignored me the entire time i was there, not even a "hello how are you? " , she was right next to me doing a ladies hair but i didn't even get a smile from her. I was becoming increasingly annoyed , when I left Alex was out the back so I shouted "bye Alex" she answered and told me to take care but it's really not good enough. She's happy to take my money but can't even be bothered to raise a smile ! I'm disgusted and will not be going back .

I’ve been having my hair done by Alex (owner) since I moved here in 2013. My mother in law introduced us as I was very nervous about having my hair cut due to previous stylists in Plymouth.

From the get go Alex was amazing and I’ve remained loyal because even though she’s been doing my hair for 10 years, she still treats me with the warm and kind response from the 1st day I met her.

Not only does she do go along with my plans to go from red to blonde, she does it perfectly. She’s honest and explains the process as going red to blonde wasn’t an over night process and now I won’t go any other colour than blonde! I also have really thick hair and there’s never a complaint about how long it takes to do my hair which is a very time!!

Alex also did my wedding hair and was happy for me to come in and bounce ideas of what I wanted including the various headpieces and veils I tried.

Alex makes you feel incredibly welcome every-time you walk through the door of the salon, people wave at her as they walk by and pop their head in to say hello and she also says hello back.

Also a shoutout to Elisha who works with Alex. Who’s also welcomed me and treated me like I’ve known her the same length of time as Alex!

I’m proud to watch Alex go from strength to strength as a business owner.

I cannot recommend Alex and Co enough!

What planet is Phillippa Hughes on? Alex is a lovely friendly person and is a huge asset to our village. It sounds like she was busy providing a service to another customer not ignoring you. Alex, you're better off without ungrateful ignorant customers like Hughes. Thanks for looking after the rest of us .

Couldn’t recommend Alex & Co enough!! Both Alex and Elisha go above and beyond for their clients and are always friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Great job ladies, keep up the great work you both do!!
