A breath of fresh air. Mr Turner was quick but very detailed. I had a pre-auction offer accepted on a property and had to exchange relatively fast. Mr Turner reviewed all legal packs with detail, speed and was able to advise accordingly. He had even facilitate the sale / completion of several properties on the same street in the past. I work in development so have come into contact with many different conveyance solicitors over the years. Alan Turner is easily the WORST solicitor I have ever had the displeasure of working with. In all it took us 18 months to purchase a house were he was acting for the seller and a large part of this delay was caused by Alan Turner’s incompetence and ineptitude. It took him over 8 months to just respond to our solicitor despite numerous chasing…! He wouldn’t answer the phone or return our calls and after a year of waiting it came to light that many of the delays were caused by him incorrectly submitting forms to the probate office and then failing to respond to them when they contacted him. If I could give him 0 stars I would. PLEASE PLEASE avoid using this company at all costs.
