After the sad and sudden loss of my wonderful Mother, Wayne of Alan Greenwood & Sons made this experience so much more bearable for myself and my family. Due to various delays at our end, Mum had to stay at your Ashtead Branch for almost 2 months. Wayne was so very kind, reassuring and treated Mum and us as a family with the utmost compassion and dignity. All arrangements were handled perfectly and seeing Wayne's friendly face each time I walked through the door, gave me the strength I needed. Thank you so very much, Wayne.

I would also like to thank our wonderful Conductor, Adam. He was so very organised and treated us with total compassion on the day of Mum's funeral. Adam's compassion and professionalism also gave me strength.

Finally I want to say that Wayne's recommended choice for our Celebrant, Sarah was perfect. She was outstanding.
