From the very first contact with Alan was assured I probably had a good case, any queries answered quickly and the only delays were caused by the actual nursing home stalling with the information needed.
It was extremely straightforward after that and got a positive outcome.
My advice is when your gut feeling tells you there's a case to answer contact Alan.
So highly recommend.

Amazing keeps you posted about everything they really work hard on getting the best for you and highly recommend very lovely people
It was for my mum she sued the NHS twice for neglect and got good results just finished the second one my mum passed away in January so she did not see this ending but I carried it on for her. My dad has also passed in 2023 so I hope they are looking down on me proud I'm only 20. my mum has been bed bound since I was 13 and was her carer and dad was her full time carer and husband

Alan & Chloe fought every step of the way to get me the compensation I deserved due to medical negligence.I had really bad pressure sores from being in hospital.I was kept informed every step of the way and got much more than I expected.I first tried one of these no win no fee solicitors that you see on the T.V. I instructed Alan Curtis solicitors to act for me following a negligence case against my elderly father. Alan took time to chat over the phone and explain what he could do for me and to assess the case.
