Truth be told, I’ve never been one who believed in HR and the minutiae of people management. A bit too old school for that.
However, in the spring of this year, I was so glad that I firstly, knew Andrew of AJB, but secondly, joyous that I could count him as a friend and confident. In my capacity as a volunteer Chairman of a sports club. A particularly challenging situation arose and I needed professional advice. Andrew selflessly gave his time and knowledge to assist both myself and our club with professional advice on how to deal with the situation. Needless to say, the situation was dealt with and resolved quickly and efficiently.

This is the HR company from my previous workplace, and I would not recommend them if you care about your employees. I am more than happy to share correspondences and conversations as proof.

During a call, I was upset, and Andrew asked me an unnecessary question. I responded, "What's that got to do with anything?"—and yes, I said it with a bit of frustration. However, this happened once and did not extend to all forms of communication. His claim that it affected everything is clearly exaggerated.

From that moment, he refused to speak to me over the phone—despite being part of the HR team I was supposed to rely on for assistance. It’s clear that this company prioritises the employer, not the employees.

Update: Andrew has mentioned this review was deleted, that's a total lie, it's never been deleted. Yet it is still up here. It will not be deleted as it's a true reflection of my experience on him and the company and how they handled the situation as a HR Company, it was awful.
