My experience with Aikman Bell is extremely positive. After contacting them for an initial quote their estate agent Stewart Black was quickly on the case. Within days he’d arranged for the home report to be done and a week later my property was on the market. I felt absolute confidence in Stewart’s knowledge of the local market. He seemed well informed on what price I might be able to get and how best to market the property and helped me to get a much higher price for my property than I was expecting. He was very friendly to work with, flexible with availability (I sometimes had to call outside of normal working hours) and extremely efficient.
