I had a great experience with this firm. I found all of the staff very polite and helpful, and due to the legal advice I received from Kenneth, my appeal was accepted months before it was due to go to court. I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking to appeal a driving offence.

They are representing me as Duty brief available at time of my custody, 30/12/22 I have received minimal communication to date.
On 27/02/28, 2 days ago I requested an urgent call via their receptionist.
I chased that request via email & telephone.
Today (48 hours later) I received that call whilst at work, he was advised, I was with a client at the time.
He was very aloof. Abrupt. Talked over me, pedantic & downright rude, he advised me he was going to end the call & write a letter to me, he then hung up on me.
IMHO I would not reccomend!

My experience? Your jaw would hit the floor. Not a professional service AT ALL!! STAY AWAY!! BY ALL MEANS GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED, RECIEVE NO PROPER ADVICE AND NOT FEEL CONFIDENT IN THE "advice" YOU RECIEVE.. OH AND WANT TO HAVE UNWANTED PHYSICAL CONTACT-just check the internet.
I HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR-and i feel disgusted doing so; I'd give a Zero star if i could!

Boyfriend had no idea who his solictor was as he was given different names, when trying to contact who he thought was his solicitor, they would never call back. Didn't keep him updated and failed to communicate amongst each other. Vital paperwork was never passed on to the appropriate people i.e the police, and didn't seem at all interested when representing during police interview.
