Edition since the business is again blaming me and making false accusations and lies. The business emailed me when I wrote my first review, not even providing an apology, she just wanted me to delete the review as it didnt look good. She said "she had a difficult day and if I deleted the negative review, she will give me a second chance". Now she AGAIN blame the candidate rather rather than addressing HER mistake. AND THAT is the reason why I didn't delete my review in the first place. People shouldn't be blamed for the mistakes of the recruiters. One can make a mistake as a recruiter or interviewee, that's human. One cannot be a good fit for a role, we all know that. Apologies are human, addressing an issue is professional. And AGAIN this agency is failing to do so.
This is my first review: A recruiter from this company called me. Told me her name, and said, I'm calling from Agile HR, you recently applied to a role with us, can you tell me why are you interested in this role?... I told her, can you please remind me the role?. Her response was, it seems I have other candidates that know it from the heart and are more interested in this role than you. End of the conversation (?!!!). She never mentioned the role I applied to, or an overview of the role (!!!). How was I supposed to know what role was she calling for/referring to? do I have to know all the applications I send by heart? is that also a requirement of the role? to have a humongous memory and extra sensorial powers.
She might have called the wrong candidate, HER MISTAKE, fair enough. She could have either continued with a super quick screening phone call and say she was going to send me an email but INSTEAD she decided to blame my lack of extraordinary divination powers and blame me for not knowing why she was calling me. Totally poor representation of this agency.
