Near two years after a non fault incident, I’m still chasing this company for an update. I have called over 50 times and sent multiple emails, I’m still none the wiser what is happening with my claim. When you call they don’t answer the phone, email and don’t get a reply. Extremely poor customer service. I would definitely advise against using this company.

biggest mistake on giving the claim to this firm.
Non fault claim over 2 years still trying to chase them for an update. Doesn't reply any email or calls or text.

Only ways to get respond from them is through compliant.
I have made 7 complaint to get 7 responce. This is just pure joke.

If I could rate 0 stars then I would! Absolutely abysmal customer service no updates or contact at all and I get fobbed off every time I call with different excuses. Some call staff sound helpful and professional whilst others sound like they're half asleep. The ones who sound professional are liars and the others just can't be bothered. All their emails say to contact via emails rather than phone but not a single email has ever been responded to and the call staff tell you not to email! They have lost details and evidence multiple times and whilst one call handler will say that its entering negotiations in the next 2 day a month on the next handler tells me they're still compiling evidence and that it can take some time (it's been 9 months!).

I wish I had never dealt with this company but unfortunately it was who my car insurer Ageas referred me to after an accident.

Worst experience ever, no communication, I strongly recommend to all who are considering using this company to look elsewhere. 12 months since involved in a no fault accident with excuse after excuse. Do not use them!!

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance firm.

Having been asleep in bed I awoke to find another vehicle had my written off my works vehicle, preventing attendance to work that day and long term threatening my livelihood.

This insurance company contested everything I said, and I mean everything, which is odd considering I paid the premium so I thought they were representing me. They seemed happier to represent the 3rd party's insurance companies views.

No plan of action was ever forthcoming, they sent me their 'T&C's then did no abide by them. In 12 months since the non-fault accident, they made precisely zero progress, whilst they made me jump through every hoop possible.

Then when I complained, they just broke off contact, like I didn't exist. Then I complained to the complaints department who also totally ignored me.

Funny really, they didn't ignore me when I paid the premium for 'Legal Services' which these clowns are supposed to provide.

Steer clear at all costs. These people will take your money, and do nothing to help you.

They seemed so professional on the initial call so I agreed to go ahead. However, that was the last professional communication I had with them.

Dealing with this company is like hitting your head against a brick wall. They don’t answer phone calls or emails, the complaints department do nothing to help. They have three or four different email addresses for the Claims department - I don’t know which is correct so I just email them all!!

I was told I wouldn’t be allocated a claims handler as the online portal removed the need for that…yet I was allocated Mark who basically accused me of lying about losing my job. Considering they are getting 25% of my claim, you’d think they’d try to claim for everything they can.

They were victims of a cybersecurity attack on May 2024, but even before that their online portal and communication was useless.

I have been in a couple of other accidents before and received my payment around 8-10 weeks later (when physio was finished). It’s now 8 months since the RTA and it’s nowhere near!!

It’s obvious the systems and processes are not working efficiently in this firm. I am lodging a complaint with the ombudsmen as I can’t carry on chasing them every week and hearing nothing back.

Absolutely horrific experience. The staff on call are unqualified and unprofessional. Repeatedly call them to sort out my claim that has been ongoing for over 1 year. we made complaints about this and apparently every time we call in they tell me the person we have to deal with is in a meeting and cannot speak to us and they will call later. we never get the call, wait another few weeks and call back and the same response that she is in a meeting. The manager is Lauren who we’ve been dealing with who ignores all the call back requests, all the emails we’ve sent and has not shown 1 ounce of compassion. Avoid at all costs! The agents on call contradict each other and lie. All the have to do is action the complaint and correct the figure which they sent wrong.

Liars, heaters and unprofessional.

Absolutely appalling at contacting you, says on website email and we will get back to you. My claims been ongoing for almost 3 years and they’ve never replied to one email or rang me. I constantly have to chase and my claim should have been settled in April yet here we are in September and I’m still waiting. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with and have added to the stress of the whole thing, not sure my my insurance company use them. No ones helped me and they always say the same thing ā€œ it’s waiting to be signed off my a managerā€ think the manager has got lost in the Bermuda Triangle!!!!!
