Recently visited AFG Law, to discuss drawing up wills and power of attorneys. The company explained all steps and costs associated with our request, thoroughly went through all our requirements. They were very professional and accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

We used AFG law for the sale and purchase of our properties. I found Dominique and her assistants lacked communication, failed to return phone calls. We lost our buyer and had to take matters into our own hands and break the chain so we didn't lose the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. Not one word from Dominique or advice. I had to email them to tell them what agreement we made with our buyer. Things just got worse after that. We would receive emails that needed a response 15 min before closing and when we did respond within that time we got an out of the office response and would have to resend the email to another member of the team. This happened a lot. We waited in a hotel for three weeks for our property to complete. 2 weeks longer than we needed to because as we were told after I complained was that the office was very busy and the appointment we were given was all they had. "You wouldn't expect us to cancel someone else's appointment just so you can get ahead in the queue, would you?" We lost money due there lack of concern for what is best for their clients. We finally made it to our appointment 3 days before completing to sign and go through all the paperwork. On the day we were to get our keys we got a last minute phone call telling us that I had not completed proof of identity which is a long process on an app. Thankfully we had all our important documents with us because all our stuff was in storage. I felt like the person on the phone got a bit of joy out of this process. We were just in the office a couple days before and this was not addressed then. We felt that some things they did were done with intent. Several times we had to return paperwork because they had put in wrong addresses and other information. We will never use AFG law again.

On each occasion they were professional, efficient & prompt to answer any queries. All were experts in their field. Any legal jargon was fully explained. Would highly recommend.

My brother and I were very grateful for the professional legal assistance with the property conveyancing of our property. We appreciated the expertise of Rebecca Coles the Conveyancing Executive and Billy Makin the Conveyancing Assistant during the sale of our property.
