Hi I had a case today where I was abuse of process I had a 2 year long case and I used advice wise throughout the day. When I was arrested I was asked if I had my own solicitor and I said yes and said advice wise seven kings. Shahid khan was handling my case. his legal team have helped me when blood was found and dna was found and matched. I still won my case. Never seen such a good team and it was my first time getting arrested. Shahid has kept me updated via email text and telephone and I have never felt uncomfortable raising a concern with him. His staff Ian and Josh was very helpful and informative and know what their doing. Was recommended by a family member to use the team and I am so glad these wonderful individuals was able to represent me (they helped me ensure I don’t have a criminal record). I was in a bizarre case where the prosecution tried to manipulate the court and just today the judge who was 60 years old for the 3rd time in her career accepted my application for abuse of process and the team has won me my case. Never ever felt a greater feeling. Shahid khan who I met at the police station and in his clean and nice office is a very professional individual. I started trial on 15/7/24.
I also had a barrister fighting for me in court as Mr Khan‘s team. We are fighting outside of court.
