I contacted Advice Rooms a couple of years ago for help moving and consolidating some frozen pensions into a single fund and hopefully improve the growth of the fund, so far it has grown.
Advice Rooms guided me through the process and explained what fund would suit me best at that time.
Each year they arrange a call and check if any details or requirements have changed, and they will recommend a change of fund if they consider it will give a better growth.
They are certainly worth considering if you would like to consolidate or unfreeze any former work place pensions.

I contacted Advice Rooms six month's ago. From the start, Adam's calm, professional manner made it easy for me to properly understand my situation and to plan for my retirement (and not least to understand and accept that I actually could retire!)

The process was transparent and clear, with Adam explaining beforehand where potential issues and bottlenecks in the process might occur. This was very helpful in reducing my concerns throughout the process, which itself was, at times, subject to delays which were completely outside of my or Adam's control.

I have recently received my first payment from my pension so I am able to give an end-to-end review of Advice Rooms from first contact, through the process of consolidating a number of pensions, to pension in payment.

I did not have anyone to recommend an advisor to me when I started. Advice Rooms was recommended by Unbiased so I had some confidence; but even so, it felt a bit scary going in 'cold' as it were, especially with something as important as a pension. However, my mind was set at ease from the start and the professional, confident and friendly service has continued throughout.

I have been using Advice Rooms for a few years now after finding a couple of old work pensions. I first dealt with Adam who was so very kind and helpful to arrange the two pensions into one place. I receive a call yearly from Advice Rooms to let me know how my pension is performing. In the last year I've been dealing with Jay who is a pleasure to talk to, she's like talking to a friend. Also just recently found out about two more lost work pensions which was a total surprise and thanks to both Jay's and Adam's help have arrange these two lost pensions to go into my current pension pot.
