Always had very good service, they call the right people, take no nonsense and get the desired results. If you ever have passport problems these are the right people to sort it out.

I am a autistic special need adult and very vulnerable and the tall guy (buld head) completely engorged me and obviously had no training he was treating me like I wasn't there. I was there with my partner. It has made me feel so upset and angry because these people are suppose to help and they didn't. It has made me feel so angry and upset that because of them I am not going to get help anymore because of this incident.
