We use AIT for our schools IT management (along with other’s in the trust). We’ve undergone a lot of work recently to help improve our school IT systems involving a Trust 365 migration and currently working through our Connect the Classroom.
With all big project, AIT have been great in communicating the project needs, requirements and the impact this will have.
Fran was a great contact to have during recent works, helping throughout and being on hand when needed.
Communication from Emily each week is a huge help for me to see what we have outstanding throughout the school
Cameron our regular IT support comes in once a week which is a huge support for our teaching staff.

Advanced IT Services have been nothing short of fantastic.
We are a large secondary school that required a reliable fast internet connection, web filtering, telephone system and a Veeam cloud back-up solution. Advanced IT was able to deliver the lot, all at an extremely competitive price.
When we do have any issues, the team are super responsive, always go above and beyond, even helping out with systems that are not within there remit, and work until a complete resolution is in place, if an outage occurs (very rarely) notifications are provided and you are always kept in the loop.
I would recommend to any other school/business to consider these guys for a robust and fit-for-purpose solution.

Day 8 of the phone transition at our office building and still our phone line doesn't work and our clients can't contact us. We have been promised a number of times the call forward aspect is on but when you call our number it does not work. Absolute disgrace.
