Adrian made a home visit and was not only kind, courteous and knowledgeable but gave the best advice for my father's individual needs. I live in Australia and I was visiting my father in the UK at the time and was on a tight time schedule. Adrian and his team were amazing my father became ill the day before I was leaving and not only did they came out again for a home visit but went above and beyond.
