I recently worked with Adecco and had a positive experience with Sophie, who was very professional and helpful throughout the recruitment process. Sophie was attentive and supportive, ensuring I was well-prepared for my interview.

However, I was disappointed with the follow-up communication. After my interview, I requested feedback but did not receive a response. I tried to reach out twice for an update, but unfortunately, my inquiries went unanswered.

Overall, while I appreciate the excellent assistance from Sophie during the initial stages, the lack of post-interview communication needs improvement.

I was working with Sophie at Adecco and she was amazing! She was always so so supportive and encouraging, I always felt confident and believed in. Sophie went through lots of effort to make sure I felt as prepared as I could be for any interviews and made sure I was informed on a jobs description before I agreed to anything, making sure I was comfortable with it. All of the practice and help I received from Sophie helped me to eventually excel in an interview and land a role in a great company! I want to thank Adecco for all the support they provided, especially Emma. I spoke with Emma regularly to ensure files were up to date and that I had the best possible chance of finding a suited role. She communicated so well with myself, ensuring I knew what the job entailed, location, pay etc and supported me throughout the whole thing. She was so so lovely, and went out of her way to help me find a role as a student I have really struggled finding a role elsewhere so extremely grateful for Emma. Thank you again for all the help! Emma also provided thorough information about the roles and interview process throughout so I felt fully confident and prepared. She's been so helpful and easy to talk to. I have been working with Adecco for almost two years (with a single long term assignment). Emma and Ruby (who now works in a different agency) always were very helpful when I had questions or needed help with something. Even when Emma (who is looking after me there) is not available on the moment, there is always somebody to pick up the phone and help if they can or take a message. I feel they have a more personal approach than other agencies would have and they don't make you feel like a number.

Emma G got in touch with me through Linkedin and has been more than helpful over the phone! She really listened to what skills I currently have and together we built a plan going forward not only to help me find a job now, but develop my CV to make me more employable in the future. Emma is very person centered and understood quickly how we could adapt my current skills to get my foot in the door of the administration world.
