Enquired about will writing and was given a mobile number to call who then told me to WhatsApp them send loads of messages waiting days apart for a reply to try and book a date! And still not sorted! If the service is as bad as trying to book an appointment for £250 I wouldn't bother!!!! Waste of time
All positive reviews must be false look at names and wording! Adam this and Adam that nearly all the same must be family n friends

Further to your deluded reply I asked for a time constantly over 3 to 4 days over whatsapp how unprofessional!!! Never even spoke to the person

Called today to enquire about organising a consultation, but ended up hanging up the phone and bursting into tears after speaking with the rudest man I have ever come across. He spoke to me like I was a complete idiot, showed no empathy and appeared disinterested throughout the very short phone call. Unsure if this was just one bad person within the organisation, but it has certainly stopped me from using this firm, and I will also be telling friends and family to avoid.
