As a first time buyer i was really anxious and overwhelmed with the whole house buying process but i cant explain how much Adam Ledger made the process so easy. They were really approachable and understood how i was new to the whole process and talked me through every step, they always kept in touch and notified me of updates. Was really welcoming and helped me with understanding the whole process. Will most definitely be using them again.

We had the misfortune of trying to sell our house to a couple who had chosen Adam Ledger Property Lawyers. They were totally inept, causing unnecessary delays, failing to offer professional or accurate responses yet questioning unnecessary details. Being a lawyer and using an excellent conveyancing team, it became abundantly clear that they just didn’t know what they were doing and at times were even stalling the process or making inane queries to cover their own ineptitude. I obviously can’t attest to cost etc but can assume that by the poor quality of work offered, you’d be getting ripped off. The poor buyers were tearing their hair out due to their chaser emails being left unanswered and their demands to proceed against advise being ignored. Frankly, Adam Ledger’s inability to follow their client’s requests made for a wholly unprofessional operation. Would advise anyone to look elsewhere!

Adam ledger has to be the most useless, horrible, ignorant person ever.
Adam ledger had done nothing but make our house sale as difficult and time consuming as possible.
Please for your own sanity stay as far away as you possibly can.
He will do nothing good for you and cost you nothing but money and time.
He should be morally struck off as he should not be allowed to affect and have control over people lives as he should.
He should be embarrassed about his business and the way he conducts himself.

I had the misfortune of dealing with Adam Ledger Property Lawyers for my recent property transaction, and it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. From start to finish, it was a nightmare dealing with someone so rude and unprofessional.

Firstly, Adam Ledger Property Lawyers displayed a shocking lack of customer service skills. Their demeanour was consistently brusque and dismissive, making the entire process incredibly unpleasant. It felt like pulling teeth just to get basic information or updates on the progress of my case.

Additionally, I was appalled by the exorbitant charges for services that were not only unnecessary but also not discussed beforehand. When I questioned these charges and expressed my intention to seek another conveyancing solicitor, Adam Ledger Property Lawyers became even more hostile and uncooperative.

What truly baffled me was the deliberate delay tactics by Adam Ledger (himself) Property Lawyers. It was abundantly clear that they were dragging their feet simply because they didn't appreciate being asked questions or held accountable for their actions.

In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone in need of conveyancing services to steer clear of Adam Ledger Property Lawyers. Their unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and outright rudeness make them wholly unsuitable for anyone seeking a smooth and stress-free property transaction. Do yourself a favour and find a conveyancing solicitor who actually values their clients and treats them with respect.

What you have replied is totally rubbish. Instead if you would have accepted your unprofessionalism and rude behaviour, I would have appreciated it but you don't deserve this.
And to clarify you, it is not fake account. Why would someone waste his/her time to post a review for such unprofessional firm.
It was April 2023 and you delayed the property transfer purposely and charged extra fees, whenever we inquired about the transfer, you lied Mr. Adam.

For the last 4 years I have used Adam Ledgers for at least 10 different residential property purchases, sales (some with estate agents, others at auction) and remortgages etc. They have been consistently excellent at every stage, including during the difficult times of the Covid pandemic and I would happily recommend them to anyone. A very competent, pleasant and helpful team. 5 stars.
