This firm was chosen by a deceased family member to act as executor to their will. They owned a house, car, shares and savings. 7 years after they died this company still hasn't closed their estate down. I had to give one star to submit this review otherwise it would have been zero stars. This is an utter disgrace, the company should hold their collective heads in shame. Partners of this firm should be looking in to why it's taken 7 years so far for their colleague not to do what they are being paid to do. Official complaint was sent in October and estate still isn't finalised.

First, the company moved office without telling me - and they hold my will. Then, I had a troubling experience today. I had an urgent query about my will but effectively was told that no one would be available to speak to me - maybe not for about 2 weeks. The person I spoke to was offended by a remark I made (as I was stressed and upset) and hung up on me. All this obliges me to move solicitor and increases my level of stress.
