As of today I am still awaiting a invoice to be fully paid which was issued to a client, via Acumen Business Law in July 2024.

The bill remains only partially paid because Acumen Business Law were unable to correctly request the balance of funds required from another party and have been unable to retrieve the funds ever since.

The issue was never raised to us until it was chased by us (a show of a lack of respect for other small businesses and the inability to want to admit to their mistakes). These two things should be a warning sign for anyone considering doing business with them.

If you are looking for a business that is happy to bury it's head in the sand when it makes a mistake then congratulations, you've found the right place.
