If I could give zero stars I would. They are the most incompetent, lazy and stressful accountancy firm in the UK. For 7 months I believed my taxes were in safe hands AND GARRY HADN'T EVEN UPDATED MY ADDRESS FROM MANCHESTER TO ST LEONARD'S. Appalling, terrible, nasty, unprofessional and an utter waste of everyone's time life and money. NEVER use them if you actually want what you pay for, you know the numbers you trained to understand and I pay you to work them out. It's not a hard concept, your whole business plan is built on actually doing people's taxes you vermin.

John has been my accountant for 15 years or more and i cant fault him! Yes a lot of the paperwork maybe passed to other colleagues and only once have i had one complaint, it was sorted and i delt with another member of staff from then on. I cant fault them!
