I contacted Active Heating Services on behalf of my parents whose oil boiler wasn't working. It was a Friday before a Bank Holiday and they had been without it for a few days as my Dad thought he could sort it himself as he has done in the past,

The Active Heating team were fabulous, within a couple of hours they had visited and fixed the issue. My mum was so relieved that she didn't have to go to the gym to shower, and although his pride might have been a bit dented, Dad has stuck the number on the fridge for 'next time'. It was a huge step for them to call someone in as Dad for years has always fixed most things, but is starting to struggle. Active Heating showed them that these issues can be fixed easily and stress free, so a huge thankyou to Alan, Debbie and the team for a professional, quick and honest service.

Six painful years of disservice!
Active Heating was very happy to sell us a boiler and install it for £5000. No problem with that. Boiler that they recommended and had a five year warranty, as long as it was serviced by them every year, began to give trouble after a year. We happily paid for the servicing every year and the boiler invariably broke down almost every one of the following five years. Trying to get this company to service the boiler that they installed was almost impossible. They generally showed up after two or three weeks of badgering. Meanwhile, our 3 children were freezing. We were told by Debbie that it was too much trouble to service us as they were too busy. They had done 4000 installations over the years. We finally gave up and hired someone else. They said that the boiler was broken due to improper servicing by Active Heating.
