Thank you very much to Cord and Acl, from the very start you have been kind and professional. We were at a loss what to do as Quilter had already declined our claim against them and Dolphin investments, mis sold to us by our financial provider and who we thought was a family friend Delwyn Davies. Cord was always friendly and we never felt a burden or inconvenience during the whole time we needed her help. I am glad to say Cord contacted The financial Ombudsman and we won the claim. We could not have done this without her help. Thank you once again.
