Had a great experience selling my car for scrap. The collection was on time and Mark, who came to collect it, was very friendly and professional. Despite some struggles loading the car onto the truck, everything was handled smoothly. I received a cheque for the agreed amount on Friday, took a little while to clear (an issue on my bank’s side as it was just before the weekend), but I was reassured there would be no problems, and it cleared on Monday morning. I was also given clear instructions on what to do if there had been any issues with the payment. The whole process was honest, stress free and well organised. Would definitely recommend.

I am one year late with this review, but better late than never. Very good service! I got a good price for my car. They gave me a time slot for their arrival, and in the morning, they called me before coming. The driver had the cheque ready. Very professional.

This is an excellent and professional company. Really good communication and the chap that came to pick up my cars was lovely and friendly. The certificate of destruction came within the hour and payment with 5 hours. Really great trustworthy company.

First class service. Their online price was slightly higher than the other companies,
I called to accept the offer and collection was arranged for 2 days later between 7am and 9am , keys and paperwork left in the vehicle as nobody would be at the collection address. On the collection day I was called at 8.30 to say the car had been collected.
Payment was due same day after 4pm.
It was in my bank account at 3.30pm.
Great service and friendly people on the end of the phone.

I used Ace car breakers today and can say , everything went as smooth as silk , from being informed what you will get for your vehicle , to time and day of vehicle collection . I don’t live in an easy assess property but this proved no problem for friendly , knowledgeable driver . Everything was made hassle free and I can highly recommend this company and would use again without hesitation .
Great people , great service , don’t look anywhere else .
