I've recently moved to Accounting Matters, as I thought my previous accountant seemed very expensive, for the service they offered. Accounting Matters are very professional, and very friendly. In all honesty, they just do a fantastic job. It's the best move I ever made. I've had a bit of a rough time recently, and wasn't returning their calls. They never once got angry with me, I definitely would have. I apologised to them, and they were brilliant about it. I won't ignore their calls anymore. They are absolutely outstanding.

In March this year, my small business went from sole trader status to limited company and Accounting Matters worked with me to ensure everything went smoothly.

They persuaded me to swap from Sage to Xero and worked with me at one to one training sessions. The switch to Xero has been the best thing and my accounts are now so much easier to process and understand.

The team at Accounting Matters are very down to earth, friendly and approachable. Dan has taught me a lot and is always on hand for any stupid questions I may have. Payroll is now a doddle.

I went to a free consultation as I'm thinking of starting up my own business.
Was so worried about the appointment as I've never had to sort out tax etc myself and it seems like a complete minefield to me.
All the people I saw were so helpful and welcoming they put me at ease so fast. Lovely people and truly happy to help and figure out solutions and answer questions you may have.
For an appointment I thought was going to be stressful and confusing it was the exact opposite! Made everything much less scary and I certainly do not feel alone with it anymore even though I haven't fully signed up to them yet, however I'm sure I will do in the very near future.

I have dealt with Accounting matters for a few years now ,i knew very little about Tax ,Wages etc .
They are the company to use .
They make things so easy and are super helpful in any aspect .
Nothing it too much trouble ,and they are so fast in sorting any problem you have .
Plus they are all such lovely people which is a bonus .
