The worst experience of my life!! Avoid this company at all costs. In 2018 I had an accident which I reported to my insurance company. In the mean time I was contacted by AI solicitors it was my own fault but I fell for the conversation on the phone that they would look after my case and take over it from my insurance on a no win no fee basis. I am an absolute idiot as I had legal cover through my insurance. Anyway over the course of the next 3 years I was passed over through 3 different solicitors none of which knew my case properly. Each time I was told that my case was simple and that the defendant would accept any offer and would be no need to go to court. However, 2 years in I am contacted and told they are disputing my case and I will have to go to court. AI Solicitors then tell me that they think I would lose the court case and the best thing to do is to drop it all but I still have to pay them several 1000s of pounds for the work they had already done.I refused as I knew I was in the right and that I had told them the truth from the beginning so I was unsure what had changed as to why they were advising me not to go to court. They argued with me and told me my best bet was to just pay them the money and leave it. I was then made to go to court which was a very scary and horrible experience something I had never done or wanted to do before which I had to also take time off work to attend. When I arrived at court an hour before like instructed I was met with no representative. 5 minutes before the start time my barrister turned up looking dishevelled and took me to a room to explain what my case was about. The first thing he said was oh no this doesn’t look good let’s try to get it cancelled. He rang AI solicitors on my behalf to find out what my options were but due to the time he arrived we didn’t have enough time to get an answer before the court case started. Anyway I lost the court case and was found fundamentally dishonest and had to pay 8000 in fees to defendant and 8000 in fees to AI solicitors. This was the worst couple of years of my life and I really think this company should not be allowed to operate like this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Bunch of scammers!!!!!

My case was handed off to three different solicitors at AIS and it eventually had to be dismissed. Only one of the solicitors might have actually been good at their job. AIS loves to beat around the bush and play their clients. My mum's case was dismissed by them and they sent her a letter trying to charge her. What happened to their no win, no fee policy? Mukhtar Patel was very rude to me and he doesn't even know how to do his job properly. He doesn't belong in a law firm. Never hire this firm!

These people need shutting down- cold calling me for 2 years telling me I had money from a car accident that was waiting for me to collect and would be wasted otherwise. I turned them down every time and asked them to remove me from their books. Finally agreed to go through procedures after being told money was to be wasted- waiting for me to collect- did you suffer whiplash? Yes- nothing serious- instructed to go to the doctor to get a medical to say I did, now trying to claim MONEY FROM ME?! This company needs to be closed down, they are parasitic and a menace to society, don’t let this company into your life. You will notice they have not responded to many negative reviews so obviously unable to justify themselves. Positive reviews look fairly dodgy.

Ask how much they charge themselves per hour if they “win” and what the marketing company they work “alongside with” making unsolicited calls get paid per client and it all starts to make sense. This is a very greedy racket.

This horrendous, incompetent, threatening company that have the audacity to attempt to vindicate their actions in every reply to every negative review, should be taken to court themselves and struck off.
The anxiety and time wasting they have caused for so many people over so many years is absolutely disgusting. Watchdog case if I ever saw one.
I had a road traffic accident on Feb 2018 and was contacted by these people to make a personal injury claim. For approx 6 months they completely neglected to open me a case, telling me it was ‘in hand’ ‘someone will call you back’. Their customer service is skills are terrible, sighing on the phone, abrupt, rude, hanging up the phone etc.
Every time it was me that had to call them yet again. Still no case was opened and no one knew who I was. So I went with another firm who dealt with the case and got me a great compensation.
Another few months after this was completed, AIS got in touch with a bill of costs! For administration they claimed they had done. Yet when I repeatedly called they had no case file? All of a sudden they knew who I was!! Since this they write a threatening letter to me approx twice a year, no amount just bank details to transfer to them
Today, 5 years later, I have another letter threatening me with CCJs and bad credit. No amount, no case number, another blank form like everyone else. They should be closed down and locked up for the crimes they are committing. Disgusting individuals. Can’t imagine how they sleep at night.
I’m sure there will be another letter in 6 months, my solicitor has quite a collection.

After a long time my case has finally been closed,
This was a bit bumpy with a bit of uncertainty but Mukhtar Patel took my needs into consideration about going to trial and sorted it out and got a win and settled the claim. If you’re going to go ahead with a claim I’d use mukhtar.

Don’t know where to start, Absolutely terrible, not a clue what they are doing and don’t know how to deal with any cases, so many advisors took my case and basically did nothing after 5 years they then decided to go court cause they didn’t know how to

Terrible service they make pay £1200 without doing anything and in their service it says no win no fee it is a lie please don’t use this company the are going make you pay for some emails and phone calls

Mukhtar helped me win my claim and was incredibly helpful. He provided consistent clarity and transparency in a confusing process, in which there were some uncertain moments. He kept me calm and reinforced my confidence and i would definitely return if needed. The opposite experience from some of the reviews i have seen on here.
