We had Liam Wallace act as our conveyancing solicitor for the sale of our flat and purchase of our new house last year (2023) following a recommendation of him from a neighbour who also used Liam for her Sale and purchase.
Liam was absolutely brilliant. Easy to contact, new his work inside and out especially dealing with our Landlord for sale of our flat who were just the most difficult people ever. He was professional, prompt, unbelievably thorough and transparent. He guided us step by step and did everything so efficiently. His advice throughout was so sound as well and we are unbelievably grateful for him being our solicitor through what was a very stressful process making it that bit less stressful!! They took their fee in order to make a change to the title. Then they ignored emails and calls for THREE YEARS! The Legal Ombudsman stepped in and they finally finished the work. They were made to apologies and pay compensation - but it didn't compensate for the distress and difficulties they caused for years. I don't have the words to describe how bad the service was.
